College lays great importance in providing a wonderful environment for a peaceful stay and a contented performance in the Hostel. Every student should put their own significant contribution to ensure it.
Students should leave their rooms well before 7.30 a.m for attending to their daily college works.
Study Hours is from 6 p.m to 8 p.m and 9 p.m to 10 p.m. Silence Hours is from 10.30 p.m to 6 a.m. During these periods, students should be in their respective rooms only.
Students, who require to stay in hostel without attending classes, on health grounds, should get written permission priorly from the Deputy Warden. They have to also make arrangements toinform the same to their Class-in-chargesin the college properly.
Students should keep their rooms neatand clean.
Parents and local guardians alone are permitted to meet the students in the hostelduring visiting hours, viz., 3 p.m - 6 p.m on working days and 9 a.m - 6 p.m on holidays.
Parents should send requisition letter directly to the college in case their wards need to apply leave for attending any of their family functions.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
Students who go for outing should report to hostel in time.
Availing leave on days preceeding and/or succeeding any common holidays should be avoided.
During festival or vacation holidays, special bus trips will be provided for hostel students upto Railway Junctions and Central Bus Stands.
When a student vacates or is expelled from the hostel in the middle of the academic year, no refund will be made.
All the letters related to Hostel matters should be addressed and submitted to the Principal through Deputy Warden.
